Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your LSTR Studio purchases! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange policies below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Earrings: Earrings are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.
  • Bracelets/Necklaces/Rings: These items can be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and in original condition and packaging - within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Sale/Pre-Order/Custom Items: All sale, pre-order and custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged, please photograph damage and contact us within 2 days of receiving it. We will be happy to assist you with resolving the issue.

How to Make a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact us at helplstrstudio@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in the email.
  2. Return Shipping: You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery.
  3. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items, we will process it within 7 business days. If you are exchanging an item, we will ship your replacement as soon as the return is processed.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in new condition with no sign or wear or use to be eligible for return/exchange.
  • The return must be requested within specified timeframe from delivery date.
